  I am a truck driver who shops at SubWay all over the country, however this is the worst experience. First time order at that location was Ok, the second time when I went there, the line was long, two Spanish speaking employees were slow, confused about names of sandwiches and when I asked to add lettuce to Philly steak sandwich young guy told me that I can’t have lettuce on that sandwich, so I told him to asked someone if I can have lettuce, he said “pardon, not in this store”. The other spanish speaking employee just stood quiet. Just disappointed and speechless. Really? Usually it is not un issue to add some toppings to sandwiches in SubWay.

  Absolutely disgusted with the service here. The worker somehow misunderstood me and thought I wanted 2 of the same sandwiches for myself instead of 1 for myself and 1 for my boyfriend. When we informed him we wanted 2 sandwiches total and not 3, he was extremely nasty and snatched the sandwich my boyfriend wanted from the counter and tossed the other 2 at us with receipts. We informed him the sandwich he took away is one we wanted and he said no and refused to give us the sandwich we ordered and paid for and then proceeded to be nasty towards us. I’m not sure why a misunderstanding that was on his end caused such a big attitude towards us but we were very dissatisfied and uncomfortable with his reaction

  Dès l’entrée dans le « restaurant » personnel désagréable, qui perd patience rien qu’au choix du sandwich. Compose à plusieurs reprises des sandwichs non conforme au menu affiché. Lors que l’on souhaite rajouter un sandwich souffle et râle. Oublie de mettre sauces et crudités dans certain. Les sandwichs sont « fait » et jeté sur le bar. Se moque ouvertement de la clientèle lorsqu’elle exprime son mécontentement. Enfin bref à fuir !

  Tonight I came to pickup a online order I placed via the subway app and the order was not ready. Upon entering I saw Jorge working hard to clean the floors and put up the chairs onto the tables to mop. He politely asked if I needed help and proceeded to assist in making my sandwich asap. He was very kind and welcoming! He made a perfect sandwich and quickly! Jorge is a true asset to the team here and I hope he gets recognized for a job well done!
