The Miami outpost of Nobu, the world renowned Japanese chef recognized for pioneering a new style Japanese cuisine, brings a burst of excitement to the iconic Nobu Hotel Eden Roc.
The menu features Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes, such as the Black Cod Miso & Rock Shrimp Tempura, as well as Miami favorites like the Tai Butter Lettuce; Tenderloin Yuzu Truffle. Omakase or tasting menus, offer a memorable opportunity to savor the restaurant’s many distinctive flavors.
Dining at Nobu Miami felt noticeably different from other Nobu locations I’ve visited. The menu was more condensed, which in itself isn’t necessarily a drawback—but the overall experience fell short of the brand’s usual elevated standard.
The atmosphere leaned heavily into a social media scene rather than fine dining. Throughout the evening, there was a constant stream of guests taking photos and posing throughout the restaurant, which detracted from what should have been a more refined, immersive experience. , The table directly in front of ours repeatedly used an extremely bright selfie light that flashed throughout our meal—hard to ignore and definitely not in line with the ambiance you expect at Nobu.
While the food may still carry the Nobu name, the environment felt more like an influencer hotspot than a thoughtfully curated dining experience

Dissapointing experience and left and paid before we got our main dishes. The first 2 starters were poorly prepared and the flavors were not good. The sever didn't ask any questions when we told her we didn't like the two dishes - just took them away, left and gave us the check. Did not offer to box the main dishes we had ordered but honestly didn't care to try them - just wanted to leave. We will not be returning to a Nobu again based on this experience.

The room looked nothing like what I booked on the pictures online they definitely sold me on the pictures. This experience wasn’t giving luxury instead I felt suffocated in such a small room. Hot water wasn’t working. The set up in the room and bathroom didn’t give luxury at all. Sheets thin, blankets thin. The stool in the shower wasn’t needed to put the soap, shampoo and conditioner on I don’t know if it was meant to sit on but the legs wasn’t stable. The entire feel was not giving luxurious.

Nobu at the Eden Roc lives up to every bit of the hype. We ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice, spicy edamame, hamachi, tempura rock shrimp, miso sea bass, wagyu steak, and two incredible desserts — and not a single miss.
The miso sea bass is a classic for a reason, but the wagyu steak dish genuinely stole the show. Easily one of the best steak dishes I’ve had anywhere. Service was fast, attentive, and on point all night without ever feeling intrusive.
If you’re debating whether Nobu is worth it — it is. We’ll definitely be back.

An absolutely unforgettable experience at Nobu Miami! Sitting at the sushi bar truly made the night special — all of the sushi chefs and cooks were incredibly skilled, attentive, and engaging, which added so much to the overall atmosphere.
A special shoutout to our server Miguel, who was amazing, kind, and made sure everything flowed perfectly from start to finish. The level of service across the entire staff, including the food runners, was top-tier and made the experience feel seamless and elevated.
The ambiance was incredible — such a vibrant and lively atmosphere. It can get a bit noisy at times, but that’s expected with any busy restaurant, and it honestly added to the energy of the experience. Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently.
The food was truly the cherry on top. From iconic Nobu staples to standout dishes like the Salmon New Style and ceviche cut roll, everything was beautifully executed and full of flavor. Baby corn with choclo and the spicy cucumber salad were incredible additions, and the salmon nashi was just as impressive. The Wagyu dumplings were also a must-try — rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The Wagyu hot stone was not only delicious but also a stunning presentation, enhanced by the attentive food runner staff. And to end the night — the Baked Alaska dessert was the perfect finale.
From the ambiance to the service to the unforgettable dishes, this was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated sushi bar experience. S/O to Chef Toshi-San for the amazing experience as well !!
