McDonald is advertising the new BIG ARCH sandwich and caught my attention l when I get my order from an online pick up. I found out the gave me a regular Big Mac. Now yes my job is also to check I got my order correctly. But that’s the reason of having a screen with the items to goes inside the bag and also you have a machine that prints out a sticker with the items that I order as well. As a ex general manager disciplinary action needs to be done when they mess up an order. Not only that goes to waste but also wasting your client time and money. Unfortunately I have a limit schedule to eat so I couldn’t go back but it’s very unfair.
