  I’m giving it one star because it won’t let me give less. Terrible service, and the person in charge had a very bad attitude. I made my purchase on Tuesday, March 24. They made a mistake, served us two identical scoops, and refused to acknowledge it. The ice cream was poor quality—it tasted like artificial coloring, and the cream flavors tasted greasy. I do not recommend it.

  If I could do zero stars I absolutely would, staying in Miami for an extended period of time, have this location right around the corner from our hotel so I went almost every night. I’ve been here for a dairy free sorbet smoothie. It was made great multiple times by different workers, until 2 days ago when it came out a totally different color and taste. I expressed to the boy working it wasn’t what I had previously ordered, I was told that’s what I ordered and brushed off so I moved along, went to a different location the next night and had the same interaction so I came back tonight to ask for a remake or something, ended up getting the “manager/owners” phone number from the worker tonight because he wanted to charge me for it still, manager or whoever I spoke with was very rude and accused me of just trying to get free smoothies. I had receipts and explained that when I told the boy working it wasn’t right he didn’t offer a solution. I ended up getting the smoothie on the house tonight but him accusing me of trying to get free stuff is a slap in the face when I've spend $14 a day since I’ve been here for 10 days. DO NOT recommend this location at all. Stay far away and if your coming from anywhere around the world they treat you like your trying to run a scam on them.
