I then said I was going to and after I used the bathroom I came and ordered.when I was ordering she was staring me up and down like she was gonna do something ! When they called for my order they screamed our number so loud, we felt rushed to get it ! We then open the bag we had missing items and our bacon burger was missing everything & have no buns!! So as I walked up to say something everyone was like “here’s the problem “ when I have done nothing! They made this an issue I was trying to get me food and leave! But after that I didn’t trust it!! The manager was very nice but everyone else should be revalued !!!
- KJKayla JenealMar 27, 20261.0Absolutely rude we asked to use the bathroom they said we have to buy something we said we will, my sister is pregnant and I had my child with me, completely unprofessional, we went to ask for my bun and my child’s sandwich called my sister a problem. Kate B, helped us ring up and was staring at my sister all weird. The manager was nice, he helped us but staff awful. Wouldn’t recommend if you want your food made right and respectful people.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
