I was at this Subway this evening and it was a terrible experience. The woman who served me was extremely unfriendly, unmotivated, and not sympathetic at all. I’ve honestly never experienced such bad customer service before.
On top of that, the food was not fresh. You could clearly see that the ingredients were old, the bread was hard and cold, and everything looked very unappetizing.
Overall, a really bad visit. I will definitely not come back.

I had an extremely disturbing experience at Subway. One of your employees was openly rude, disrespectful, and behaved in a racist manner. During the interaction, the employee used profanity toward me, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity. This experience was so upsetting that I will not be returning to this location, and it has seriously impacted my view of your brand. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment.
