She made me pay before putting my sandwich in for toasting and literally stood there holding my sub while waiting for the payment to go through. The moment I paid, she immediately put it in the oven. I don’t understand what kind of game this is supposed to be, but it felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and professional, not rushed or rude. This experience definitely ruined my visit, and I hope management looks into how customers are being treated.
