He simply ordered a pizza sub with pepperoni, provolone, and sauce, not even toasted. The employee proceeds to squirt what seems like an entire jar of mayo on top of his pizza sub and we both instantly tried to stop her. Rather than make the sandwich over, she tried to scrape the mayo off, causing it to mush more into the sandwich. We explained to her she needed to remake the sandwich, because regardless of if she scraped her mistake off, it would still taste like mayo and he hates mayo. We tried to explain this to her for what felt like 20 minutes and she just argued with us. Not really an argue, but more of an annoyed shrug with no response to anything except she wasn’t making a new sandwich. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this in a customer service situation. My friend got so frazzled that he just left with the sandwich, but I was so upset. I told him we should just walk out and leave her with the sandwich. This was the employees mistake, which she refused to fix, and my friend still had to pay for their sandwich even though he didn’t eat it. I will never ever go back.
