  La atención es especial yo hablo de cuando visite un domingo en la noche, la chica trabajando sola y con una sonrisa bien amable atendiendo al público a pesar de su cansancio es una morenita de anteojos felicidades 💐 sigue así gracias por tu atención no podía dejar de escribir esto por personas así vale la pena volver

  Very good pizza. I knew Papa's John in a Miami Heat game and really appreciated their pizzas. It's a very cost effective food option. When I am in US I always go to a Papa's John store.

  Siempre pido delivery o voy personalmente a buscar pizzas a la tienda y siempre me a gustado su pizza pero el dia de hoy llamé para comprar 2 pizzas para compartir con mis compañeros de trabajo y resultó que me atendió una señora super grosera y además de eso no le basto con tratarme mal si no que también nos envió las 2 pizzas mal cocinadas,se veían blancas y crudas ella es una grosera deberían decirle algo para que no trate mal a mas gente ni le venda la comida cruda,nosotros pagamos nuestro dinero por un buen servicio y esperamos buena pizza

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order at this Papa John’s location and was told my food would arrive at 8:54 PM. I live one building away from the store. Despite this, my order never showed up. I repeatedly called the restaurant and spoke with a man named Jake, who claimed he was the manager. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He flat-out told me that it was not his job to know where my order was and that I should just wait “as long as the driver needs.” Absolutely unbelievable. Forty-five minutes AFTER the promised delivery time, my order was still missing and Jake couldn’t have cared less. When I insisted he contact the driver, I was told the order had already been delivered — to a MAN named “Laura” at my door. Read that again. Apparently my food was delivered to a MAN named “Laura.” Interesting, considering no one came to my door and I was home the entire time. What a joke. Either the driver delivered to the wrong place or this was a straight-up lie. To make it even worse, Jake then tried to justify this by saying that Laura is a common man’s name. The level of absurdity and disrespect here is unreal. After another 20 minutes of arguing, instead of fixing the issue or showing even a shred of accountability, Jake simply said he would cancel the order. No apology. No solution. No professionalism. This location is dishonest, poorly managed, and completely incompetent. If this is how managers are trained to treat customers, it’s no surprise orders go missing. Shame on this Papa John’s. Avoid at all costs.
