  Ordered around 7pm through Uber Eats. The app told me it was delivered so I called the store and was told my order just came out of the oven and waiting on a driver. An hour later I called back and couldn’t get an answer. Its now 11:43pm and you guessed it. I got nothing and don’t expect to get it at this point. The no-show from dominos has happened to me before in my home town but I thought I would give it a shot here. I went through Uber Eats in case this happened because the last time I didn’t get my order the store wouldn’t give my money back and corporate wouldn’t help either. I let myself get burned one more time and thats my fault but at least I get refunded without a lot of hassle this time. Everybody do yourself a favor and just let Dominos fade away. You’re not getting your food anyway.

  Plusieurs fois dans cette pizzeria et toujours aussi bonnes. Toujours récupérées sur place. Effectivement ils pourraient etre plus souriant mais bon. Commandé sur internet, attendu 3’ sur place.

  This is related to an on-line order and delivery issue. I asked for extra cheese on the pizza and the order was for 'boneless chicken'. I can assure you there was no extra cheese. But worst, was this location sent wings vs. boneless chicken. When I called...BTW a recorded message per the 'hold' message...I was very FIRM (yes, an aggressive tone) when I told the person answering the phone about the issue. She asked if I was making a demand, also FIRMLY told me she didn't have to listen to me and hung up. I called 2 more times. No answer. I changed phones because I felt I was being ghosted. Same persib ("Samantha") answered and 'noted' that my 'tone' now was being something more acceptable to her. When I asked if she was the manager she said no. Again, all of this is recorded per their phone message system. Well, per the delivery person, 'Samantha' is the 'shift manager'. He explained Ms. Rojas is the location manager. Very very poor customer service. Unacceptable customer engagement. And, in the course of my last conversation, everyone else was to blame (the driver; the system and me). I now know why they have a 2.6 rating. In fairness, they did redeliver my chicken order...approx 2 hours after I place it. One of the worst experiences a customer can have. This location brings shame to the brand

  it's very simple: if you see that the pizza you ordered is coming from this particular place, just cancel it. It will take one hour and a half to get to you, I'm not kidding or exaggerating. This has happened to me 3 times. not only that, but one of the pizzas only had toppings on half of it. I would share a picture but I sent it back with the delivery person. Ridiculous.
