  This place claims to bring Turkish culture and cuisine to Miami, but unfortunately the experience does not reflect the hospitality that Turkish culture is known for. The staff were cold and unwelcoming—there was no smile, no conversation, and no effort to engage with customers, which is quite the opposite of the warm service typically associated with Turkish restaurants. I ordered a pita bread sandwich with meat. The meat was dry, and it seemed like a large amount of sauce was added just to mask the lack of flavor. Considering the quality, the price felt extremely high for what was offered. There are many other Turkish restaurants that provide much better value in terms of both quality and price. They also call themselves “Bolu Doner.” Having been to Bolu myself, I can say the food here is nowhere close to the authentic flavors from that region. Using the name of Turkish cuisine or a specific city sets certain expectations, and unfortunately this place does not live up to them.

  She was so rude and refused to serve as a beer. We are 36 and she won’t be cool to serve a corona without ID. Now I understand if I was looking on twenty but I’m almost 40 and you can tell from my face. I don’t suggest this place at all

  Unfortunately wasn’t good time. The guy that was preparing the kebab was very rude. I’m sorry if I’m not the best client, but you guys have to be patient with the people who don’t know how to get the food specially if I’m paying and taking my time to have a good dinner, I know this is not a Luxurious place but is the perfect place for people that like a good a quick dinner… I’m sorry I know the owner and when I listened his history how was his idea to start this business I really believed that is a perfect place to make you feel like I’m in your home. I don’t know his phone number but I gonna be there to talk to him, just in case he never read this review. In conclusion if you are working in a service please make feel people good this is not too difficult I work in service too, and everyday you have challenges

  Bir kaç gündür arkadaşlarımla burada yemek yiyoruz. İspanyolca konuşan personeller gözlüklü orta yaşlı adam ve kıvırcık saçlı kız bizimle çok iyi ilgileniyorlar. Siparişlerimizi verdikten sonra masamıza servis ediyorlar. Ve sonrasında bir isteğiniz var mı her şey yolunda mı diye sormayı ihmal etmiyorlar. Hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ancak bugün 11.02.2026 her zamanki gibi buraya geldik İçeri girdiğimizde tek başına çalışan siyah saçlı sakallı kısa boylu türk personelin hemen yüzü asıldı! Diğerleri yoktu. Sorulara kısa cevaplar sipariş alırken anlamsızca gözünü kaçırmalar! Orada olduğumuz için fazlasıyla mutsuzdu! Siparişlerimizi verdik ödemeyi yaptık her zamanki gibi masamızda yemeklerin gelmesini beklerken! ‘’Abi yemeğiniz hazır gelin alın’’ dedi.. yemekleri getirmedi. Restoran yoğun değildi ve neredeyse hiç müşteri yoktu. sanırım türk müşterilere tahammülü yok!! My friend and I have been eating here for a few days. The Spanish-speaking staff—a middle-aged man with glasses and a cheerful young woman—took very good care of us. They served us at our table after we placed our orders. And afterwards, they never failed to ask if we needed anything and if everything was alright. We had no problems. However, today, February 11, 2026, we came here as usual. The moment we entered, the expression on the face of the short, black-bearded Turkish man working alone changed instantly! The others weren't there. Short answers to questions, meaningless eye contact while taking our order! We were left in the lurch! We placed our orders, paid, and as usual, while waiting for our food to be prepared at our table, he said, "Brother, your food is ready, come and get it"... but he didn't bring the food. The restaurant wasn't crowded, and there were almost no customers. He didn't pay any attention to us. He was very unhappy that we were there. I think he has no tolerance for Turks!!

  The only authentic Turkish imbiß probably in all of Florida. It's probably not easy to get these ingredients and the prices are pretty reasonable despite that. For those looking for a Turkish/German fast food doner, this isn't *quite* it. It's more classic Turkish fast food. Still delicious, but different pita than a German/Turkish Imbiß and no yogurt sauce (only tzatziki and some other sauces I didn't get to try). They have Lamakhun, I just didn't get around to eating it. Love that they have classic Turkish tea - highly recommend. I also enjoy that they have smaller brand sodas as opposed to like the coke/Pepsi empire sodas. Fries were not my type of fries, but a friend said they were her ideal fries (really crispy overall, I personally like a crispy outside and soft inside).
