I went, previously, in another Hagen Daz store, but they did not have my favorite flavor, so I walked to another one and the operator T. (Braided head) was so rude and not willing to work and to deal with customers. She almost yelled at me and I said: you don’t look happy to work here!!! A very angry attitude. Then she left, maybe she was in a hurry to leave. Long story short, I WON’T EVER COME BACK IN THIS STORE. I spent about $30! This is not the way to deal with customers. Find another Hagen daz! Thank you

Then people rushed, and we stood in front of the cashier for the order. But she treated as if we were transparent and moved to ice cream zone to get orders from other family. We were the only Asian guests there and this is why we take this experience very unpleasant. She was African American (maybe) staff. I wish no single customer experience this next time.
