We ordered a cake online, order #4042343 and we get to the store and they tell us they dont have the order and there is nothing they can do about it. Extremely rude and poor hospitality from the “manager” the cake we ordered was for 10-12 people and they were trying to give us a cake for only 2-4 people, and when we asked to give us two of those to compensate for their mistake, they refused. How are you going to treat your customers that way? It was a birthday cake for a coworker that LOVES your store and now we have no cake. We ordered it at 8:30 am, why didnt anyone call us to let us know you did not have it? And now I can’t even get a refund unless I go to the store? I ordered online, so now I have to dispute the charge on my end. We work in hospitality and this has been the worst experience, treat your customers with respect if you expect them to come back.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
