- MVMichelle VecchioneFeb 9, 20232.0I placed a pick up order today that was below expectations and items missing. The special instructions are at the top of the receipt for my dressing on the side with my salad as well as the lettuce and tomato on the side for my ham and cheese sub. My salad came DRENCHED in salad to the point its not edible. My daughter's sub I removed the lettuce and tomato so it's not soggy when she gets home. Last but not least, the chips I paid for were both there. I sent the manager my receipt as well as what happened she said she would have done the same (how things were made) and didn't take any accountability. Told me I could bring back the salad (that was in my trash) and thry would make me a new one. Mind you, I was working and made her aware from the start. I showed my team at work my receipt to which they all agreed "what didn't they understand". Lastly, being on a human resources team I would have handled this situation much differently. I'll give them 2 stars for not messing up my husband's sub. I'm glad he got to eat
