  Pressed the button... waited nothing... a server comes to the car next to us, asked if we have been helped, I replied no.... still no one answered the speaker... 2 cars pull to the stalls on my right... pushed the button and were helped immediately... not sure what was happening here

  If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Because it will take them at least 10 tries to get your order correct. The employees absolutely do not care about doing their job and the location is likely mismanaged. I like Sonic as a drive through, so I've been giving this one numerous opportunities to do anything right. All 7 times I've been the order has been butchered. On top of that it takes them forever to get your order done, I'm not sure what takes so long to get room temperature food that you didn't order. I even called to ask them what is included on the sonic smash burger, to which they responded with "I dunno right now". This place is the worst fast food option on the entire Island. Trash.

  Place has gone downhill! Seems the same way last several times I went. Will not be going again. The evening Waite time with no one in line is very very long. 2 younger guys there this night. Waited over 20 min for food. I pass by and don’t really see anyone going to sonic that much anymore and now I see why…

  First time going to Sonic. Saw the advertisement for the All American Burger meal deal for $6. This is a great value but what I got had much to be desired. The burger was a decent size with two thin smashed patties, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes that were not ripe, pickles and onions ketchup and mayo. It wasn't bad but not great. I got the tator tots instead of fries. Initially it tasted fine, then came the awful aftertaste of old oil, that left a terrible aftertaste. I could not finish them. My regular Coke had a terrible aftertaste as well, like overly chlorinated water was used. A definite chemical taste. So the price is right, but ultimately I would likely not go back given the poor taste.
