They work hard to keep things tidy, we actively watched them do quality control on the foods and sweep and clean tables. They did almost forget our guac and queso. But they were busy and someone stopped quickly to get it for us so we could sit and enjoy our meal. They are polite and efficient. Next time we’re in town we’ll likely stop again.

The place was dirty as hell — tables were messy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, and the whole restaurant just felt unhygienic. On top of that, I ordered 4 veggie bowls, and the employee acted visibly annoyed like I was asking for something unreasonable. Eye-rolling, attitude, and rushed service the entire time. If you work in food service, making customer orders — big or small — is literally your job. Between the disgusting environment and the rude behavior, this was one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve ever had. Definitely not coming back to this location. Management seriously needs to step in.
