As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I called them and said what happened and they said they'd have it ready for me when I got back but instead had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my wings. Now all the other food I got was cold by the time I got home because the whole ordeal took over an hour. Would've been nice to get a refund or some kind of compensation for another meal.... worst part is nobody seemed to care or even remember when I came back.

I’m a dasher and I was smiling and said hello and she didn’t say a word back I informed her who I was picking up for and she was like “well we are waiting on like everything” and closed the window. It is not my fault there’s 4 of you and it is not completed. If you are not happy with your job then don’t work there. Your nasty negative attitude sure rubs off on innocent people. If she ever disrespects me like that again rest assured I will disrespect her back 👌 wrong one my girl!
