    The Merritt Island Carrabba’s has been a staple of the community for many years. You could always go and expect quality food in a timely manner. Friendly staff and a cozy restaurant. There’s never really too much of a weight but sometimes it’s busy so don’t get mad if you have to. They have a great selection of wine. 10 out of 10.

    It's been Two (2) years since my Last visit The menu has gotten wayyyy smaller. It is a Good Thing. CAUSE they focus on the menu items. GR8 Experience ALL the way

    The waitress was so slow take 15 min to bring sample of wine them 15 more to bring it. Soup, coffee was cold , the ravioli was too salty. We order a classic trio and the Alfredo was dry I ask for extra Alfredo sauce ,She brought me a sauce that was watery; it only tasted like flavorless heavy cream. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I didn't like it.

    As again I come to eat great food at this establishment I was so glad that Rafael was my server. He is always so kind and patient. He is always happy, friendly, kind and very attentive. His service is 10 out of 10 Thank you so much!

    I recently chose Carrabbas in Merritt Island as a venue for a church team Annual Christmas Dinner. They don’t make reservations, so I talked with the “management”-which were very accommodating- far in advance & they accommodated the 30 of us beautifully. The food was amazing, I believe we had three servers- Rafeal, Lana F. & Britney B. Rafeal was server at our table & he was amazing & so attentive- I am sure the other two servers were awesome as well- I heard no negative comments- everyone had only good to say & our time spent there was above expectations- Thank you
