  Ordered through the app and went through the drive-thru. Received my drink and sauces right away and was told to pull off to the side because my food wasn't ready. Somehow my food decided to go on its own little adventure—it ended up being abandoned and overlooked. I waited… and waited… and then waited long enough to reconsider if i really wanted all the calories that was going to come with the jalapeño club sandwich......meal....and I upgraded it to a large....ooooof🥴. Well, the answer was yes, because I needed to emotionally eat my feelings from the off Thursday that I had. So I decided to put my car in park and go in to see why it was taking so long. Plot twist: they found my order just chilling there at the END of the counter the whole time. Very frustrating. But here’s where things turned around—Ember, (the young, but very sincere manager) stepped in like a pro. Super apologetic, got me a fresh order, refunded my money, AND snuck a cookie into the bag like a little peace offering. It’s a great reminder that age doesn’t define great service—heart and effort do. Ember definitely proved that. Moral of the story: mistakes happen, but great people fix them—and sometimes they come with cookies. 🍪

  So come in to Chic fil a first thing as the open for the day. I had just finished working out on too of that a 10 hour shift.. Logan was top notch with customer service, i know my order was a little extra but he got it made some things work. Yeah give that Man a raise for being 6:30 in the morning. Spot on

  Stood at the pickup for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. This surprised me as it's not a typical experience that I receive at other locations. I understand that it's busy but you should at least acknowledge people.

  I love this location very clean the team member Logan is always so nice and makes sure my order is correct and fresh! I honestly believe he could run his own store he has 5 stars across the board with hospitality, communication and friendliness

  4/8/26- I wish I remembered the name of the girl at the drive thru window this morning because I want to give her a major compliment. I have been going through a lot lately, and went through the drive thru in an autopilot/numb way and she went out of her way to make conversation with me about makeup and even complimented my makeup. It truly turned my entire day around and put a smile on my face. I am so thankful I went to Chick fil a this morning!
