    Got their mango smoothie. Got served by Thomas, a nice gentleman with tattoos. He did an amazing job and was super nice :) i always love coming to tropical smoothie.

    If I could give a 0 star, I absolutely would. The customer service here is the worst. And they do not know how to make smoothies.

    Since the other two locations disappointed us so much we brought kids to the mall and tried this one. I didn’t think it could get worse, wrong it was dirty they barely wash a blender before using. Kids had no gloves on and they all were rude. Running out of ones to try and will take my business elsewhere. With Covid it would be wise to have good service because I and many others won’t put up with this service.
