  I was missing my drink from my DoorDash order. I had to drive all the way to Sonic, which I ordered DoorDash so I wouldn’t have to. Then, when I explained the situation, I received no apology and no compensation Not very good customer service.

  I got there when the mobile order was placed already. It was around 10:35pm when I placed it and I parked at the stall to put my spot number. Mind you, it says the estimated time was 10:42pm. But I had to sit and wait there until 11pm! I decided to go to the drive thru instead but that took me another 15-20 minutes. Usually I don't care about waiting but I think its ridiculous that I had to be waiting an hour just for a single Blast, Groovy fries, and Tater tots. I already watched a bunch of other customers drive off when they had enough waiting. I got the order finally at around 11:35pm but to get only lukewarm food. The blast was good though. They just need to do at least something to fix this issue, because I don't think nobody wants to wait an hour for their order.

  This has to be the worst Sonic in existence. They are always having problems. The screens dont work, the wait time takes forever, they don't have large drinks, the attitudes are terrible, etc. Every time I go to this sonic (4 Times) they cant provide decent service. I just went to this sonic for a large drink and they said they dont have large drinks, only small and medium. Its something every time with this place. Management needs to change or management needs to crack the whip. Just shut down at this point. Save yourself a trip and go to the sonic on Babcock. This place is god awful terrible.

  This has to be the worst sonic in existence. EVERY single time I had gone to this sonic (4 Times) they cant provide decent service. Their drink machine isn't working, the food takes forever, the screen doesnt work, they can't give you a large drink, etc. This sonic just needs shut down at this point. I just went to this sonic for a drink and, of course, they cant give me one. Said they only have small and medium. Good god. Terrible. Absolutely, god awful, terrible. Save yourself a trip and go to the sonic on Babcock. Its not much better, but it is better. I hope the staff and employees see this review so something changes. I highly doubt it though. Management needs to change or management needs to crack the whip. Negative 9 stars. Close down at this point.

  I don't know what's going on with this location, but it has been the worst. I try to go different days/times and it never fails that I end up driving away. It takes so long to even be acknowledged in the drive-thru. I tried to go at lunch today, sat in line behind 3 vehicles for about 10 minutes, watched 2 of them leave before I did & the first truck was still at the speaker & hadn't been acknowledged.
