- LMLexi MonroeApr 6, 20261.0Papa John’s location. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and was met with rude, dismissive behavior from an employee named Seth. From the start, there was sarcasm and a lack of clear communication, including jokes about long wait times instead of actual updates. What should have been a simple pickup turned into a frustrating situation. Instead of helping resolve it, the employee escalated things with attitude and poor customer service. As a result, the order was never completed and two customers did not receive their food. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-time issue. There appears to be a pattern of poor service and lack of professionalism at this location. There are plenty of better options nearby that actually respect customers and delivery drivers. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Staff has always been responsive and quick plus they don't hassle you for additional tips or fees. The five toppings we've ordered (well done) have been tasty, certainly better than any frozen options. As long as they keep this up we'll be regulars. However, I was not impressed with the boneless wings, skipping those for now.

- LNLATE NITE?Feb 22, 20261.0There’s a terrible woman who’s working there with her hair always back, mid-40s (maybe), and just not a good person. I witnessed her call 911 on a 14 year old boy, simply because she was overwhelmed. I will never EVER be spending any money here ever and I’m glad I saw the true colors of who’s working there. It was absolutely disgusting and I’ve never felt this way towards another person in the industry before. Just pathetic.
