  Ordered through DoorDash, while it was later in the night it was still an hour before close. Dasher got there and messaged me that the doors wear locked. This was well before the posted 1am closing time. They finally answered the door and told the dasher he didn’t want to make the pizza he just wanted to go home. Told them that I was door dashes customer not papa John’s and they can handle it. All I wanted was some pizza when I got off work. But I guess it was too much to ask for this store.

  Worst experience I’ve had picking up an order. Employee named Seth was rude, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, he made jokes about wait times and escalated the situation for no reason. What should’ve been a simple pickup turned into a mess, and two customers didn’t even get their food because of it. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. This location seriously needs better management. There are way better food options nearby — don’t waste your time or money here.

  App didn't work properly, food arrived later than it was supposed to. Pizza was folded over on itself when it arrived.
