  Went in for a couple of Take Away order of Alice Springs Chicken. Young man by the name of Brett took care of my order, offered me something to drink while waiting and was just so pleasant I felt compelled to give this review. He certainly understands the hospitality business and is a definite asset to the Outback name. Thank you Brett! Oh, my wife and I liked the food too!

  This place completely sucks. My wife’s salad had a great big long black hair in it. You would think that that something as disgusting as that would deserve instant compensation in someway, but no one approached us about it except to say they were sorry. We had to ask the manager there to compensate us in someway so they gave us a free blooming onion, which was overcooked. And the salmon I ordered was dry. The restaurant itself is just boring outback’s restaurants used to be really cool looking and the atmosphere was upbeat. This one felt like someone had just died. It’s definitely not worth your money or your time.

  Haven’t been to an outback in many years, since they changed their meat venders and quality went way down. I’ve seen 2 outback’s close in 2 areas I’ve lived, one in Temecula CA and one in Coeur d’Alene Idaho that closed a super long time ago. However I’m in Melbourne Fl mostly now and decided to try this one. Been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and it’s been mostly good. The steak quality is back so no complaints there. The salad was a little wilted actually kinda nasty on one occasion, but all in all I’d go back again. This location is actually good.

  The food is always wonderful with my favorite dish being the Alice Springs chicken. Great portions for the prices paid. Most of all, and my reason for the review, is the outstanding service I receive whenever I visit. My favorite server, Rudy, always takes such good care of my boyfriend and I whenever we visit! Rudy is very attentive to our table and so kind. He makes the visit so much more special with his positive attitude, it makes our night each time. He makes us laugh and never makes us seem like an inconvenience, even on their busiest nights. Thank you Rudy! Can’t wait to stop by again :)

  I visited Outback Steakhouse on what turned out to be a surprisingly busy Tuesday night. The service itself was good—staff were attentive, friendly, and doing their best to keep up with the pace of the evening. Unfortunately, the kitchen seemed a bit off that night. It felt like food was being rushed out without the usual attention to detail. We received chicken wings that were undercooked, and the mushrooms came out with the breading falling off onto the plate. My wife’s salmon was topped with a shrimp sauce that was noticeably cold, which took away from the dish. As for my meal, the steak arrived only slightly warmer than room temperature, which was disappointing. That said, this experience felt more like an off night rather than the norm. I’ve been to this location before and haven’t had these kinds of issues, so I’m willing to give them another chance. I’ll plan to revisit and update my review after my next visit.
