  My autistic teenager is fixated on kpop demon hunters at the moment, so when I heard they were doing a kpop meal with the characters branded on it, we had to try it. We got the meal and noticed that it was missing the card it was supposed to come with. We went back to let the employees know the card was missing. Once we pulled up to the drive through window, I could clearly hear the employees mocking us for coming back for the card. I'm sorry, but it's YOUR JOB to make sure the card is in the box in the first place and it's incredibly rude, unprofessional, and honestly DISGUSTING to make fun of an autistic kid who just wants what was advertised. Do better.

  Hi I really like the food and I'm hoping today they open for lunch at 11:00 a.m. on Easter Sunday cuz I definitely would love to have a Big Mac today and a large order of french fries and a large drink and a couple of cookies chocolate chip I'm hoping they will have lunch today at 11:00 a.m.

  Food safety failure went in on Sunday got an order to go got my bag took a few steps while checking my order, it wasn't correct so I turned around and talked to the young lady at the counter and informed her of the issue she took the food put the items back on the line as I'm watching other grab the food to put in other orders as they remake mine. Todayw ent into to inform the manager of what happened and ordered some food can't get drinks from the kiosk so make an in person order get an oj pay a few other drinks come then the machine malfunctions and they can't figure it out instead of refinancing me for my drink they only were offering substitutions I don't drink soda or coffe.

  We walked in order our food then waiting for 30 minutes 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀😩 We ask for our the they looked at all each other like they didn't just literally charged $6 from us I know it seems Petty but bro could not i'm crying they looked at the order and they start making it 39 minutes later we get her food 💀

  Went through the drive through, paid in cash the old man gave us too much change back, we tried to give it back but he literally waved us away saying that “he has another order” and another employee stepped in. The attitude was absolutely terrible. Literally was trying to help him out and was met with attitude
