    Tried the McArch, probably one of the best fast food sanwichesc I have ever had . AJ was professional and courteous. Elizabeth always friendly and smiling as well. Well done with the staff here!! Thanks again.

    My husband and I have had the absolute worse day today and I litterally just wanted fries which we paid $5 for an extra shaker fry the lady working the window refused to give us the fry saying we only ordered one. We even showed her on the receipt that it clearly says 2. One that comes with the meal and one shaker fry. I wish I caught her name but she was also very rude about it. And usually this isn’t something that would “ruin my day” but I’ve already had a horrible day and that was the last of my money until my pay day.

    I just have to say this store has the slowest drive-through of all the McDonalds in this area! I try to avoid this place because of it 96% of the time I come to this location there is like a 30 min wait in the drive through and there are always customers leaving, I have left multiple times due to this same problem…. the wait is to long just to even place your order then you keep waiting forever to get your order the line moves maybe every 10 mins.. This is the closest McDonalds to my house unless this store is my only option that day, I usually drive all the way to hibiscus and babcock to get food bc this drive through is horribly slow!! It should not take an hour to get food in a drive through. Someone needs to manage this store better.

    The young lady at the drive-thru was rude and expected me to know the way this particular McDonald's operates. They ask you to park in order to wait for your food. I simply paid and asked for ketchup. She said okay park on #1 proceeded to park and she gave me and attitude and said; well do you not want your ketchup? I said, I'm sorry I thought you told me to park so I was expecting the item in the bad with my meal. She rolled her eyes and I parked.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience—it was by far the worst McDonald’s visit my kids and I have ever had. I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:59 AM, just one minute before lunch starts, and the employee told me I couldn’t order and that I needed to get out of the line. The way it was said made it feel like her times was more important than helping a customer, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. I then had to go inside just to place my order, and unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. Even though lunch had just started, all of the food we received was cold—my McDouble, the chicken nuggets, and the fries were all disappointing. This was especially upsetting because I was there with my kids, and we were really looking forward to our meal. What makes it even more heartbreaking is that we genuinely love McDonald’s and eat there almost every day. This experience has really changed my outlook. The only bright spot in this entire visit was Adrianna at the front counter. She was kind, caring, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even after one of her coworkers made an inappropriate and offensive comment saying “Is that your family ? We responded no and he responded with "All you people look alike.” Adrianna handled the situation with professionalism and compassion, and she truly made a difference in an otherwise terrible experience. This location needs more employees like her—especially if the food and overall service continue to fall short.
