Yelling being rude to fellow employees because she has to do her job.has a harbor freight bucket catching water on the counter (it’s not raining) the manager was also rude to a customer ahead of me because he asked for a refund after waiting 30 min.

Instead I got a cheeseburger with a half a cup of mayonnaise and French fried onions. That's not even an actual menu item. McDonald's has a standard which is why they have recipes for each menu item, so you don't screw it up. The Big Mac my husband ordered only had special sauce on the very bottom bun. The top bun was so stale, it crumbled. Very disappointed store #6768
