  I got to say this is the first MCD I've been in where the people where very friendly go the extra mile provide great service 👏

  This is my 3rd time in this store . 1 the bathrooms sloppy wet floors it so slippery almost fell watched The employee come from the bathroom, cleaning the bathroom using the bathroom go back to the kitchen and start touching all the food and in the prep area no gloves not washed his hands customer service is a joke no one at the resister waited 5 mins watch every one in the kitchen no gloves, no hair cover hair all wood plates, girls in the kitchen hair because the hair is too tight or they’re need an adjustment. They’re touching their head then they’re touching the food. This is a plain example of foodborne illness no sanitary message no Hair covering but Hair is all over the place. You’re shaking your head and your hair is gone all in the food. What is this Pro contamination city unacceptable the lobby the dining room trashcan, overflowing the floor is wet. It’s slipper slide. This is unacceptable. Unacceptable. I give you a zero I would call to talk to the district manager and return your calls. Nothing I told the girl the Sprite machine was not working. You know what she said so so what I said, excuse me, what did you say get out you are disrespectful I said what time it is.we the customer don’t matter it’s unacceptable behavior and representation of a cleanly place sit and eat peacefully. None of the tables wipe wiped off sanitize but everybody back in the kitchen running them out. I’m doing the survey to tell people to watch themselves going in if you get sick because they employee they’re nasty they don’t wash their hands. They don’t cover their hair. They’re talking and run their mouth hold the food they prepare for people that’s not right.

  Unfortunately the phone just says user busy. Tried to call so they could report the chunk of bone(not cartilage) my daughter found (hurt her tooth) in her chicken nugget. Figured they may want to alert supplier 🤷🏼‍♀️
