The service was so poor at the location stemmed by the Assistant Manager on duty. AM's should never past judgement or offer opinion to her staff on any customer under any circumstances. As professional individual I was confronted with negativity and judgment by the AM for no reason. I would suggest diversity and customer service training to this individual if she qualifies to hold a leadership position with this organization. I would ask; where is the corporate leadership when needed? Her action on 7/29/25 @ 4:00 p.m. left me 😔! I cancelled my usually $12 smoothie...
