The smoothie I ordered had bananas, but it was not the primary flavor. It was also watered down so I decided to get in the car and drive to the store. I brought the drink in and said there is a chance a mistake was made because this taste like bananas and peanut butter. I just wanted you to know and said it in a polite way. The lady behind the counter comes over and says well I’m the manager and our bananas are ripe. You are not gonna taste the strawberries and mango. I said I just wanted you to know a mistake might’ve been made. I did not like the drink, I said. “I am not asking for a refund. I am paying for this .” “well I’m just letting you know I am the manager” She did not rinse out the pitcher very well in between smoothies and she dumped the way protein on top. The second drink did not taste much better. I seriously doubt I will ever return and I definitely will let other people know about my negative experience.
