Gary, the general manager, is highly unprofessional on the phone - he hung up on me twice when I called for an update after waiting for over an hour for my delivery order. I appreciated him fulfilling the refund after I drove to the location to deliver the unopened food back to him. I'm disappointed at how it all concluded. I'm very sensitive and forgiving to high workloads and challenges being out of one's control. However, hanging up on a customer is always within control of the person representing the institution.

- RSR SAug 22, 20252.0Pizza was ready on time. I had a gift card and the person initially had lattice problem with it but worked it out. Atmosphere not so great, but it is just a take out place. There was plenty of toppings, but it just tasted bland and the crust was doughy.
