We also buy beverages and bakery items. I prefer to have my chicken for my salad on the side and today they gave me just enough chicken to fill a soufflé cup. Next week. I will go to a different Panera Bread restaurant and write another review because this has never happened. My order total was over $31. I usually get a much larger portion of chicken

I just witnessed a young man tell an older lady that he would bring their order to the table for her and her friend. Every employee I have encountered here has that same customer service ethic.
