  I had the grilled shrimp and they were very good. Our server Crystal was the best. She was friendly, efficient and there when you needed her but never hovered and always smiling.

  This past weekend my family and I went to the Outback in Viera. It was our first time at this location and we were looking forward to it! We got there and they had a 10 minute wait to be seated. This was fine, it was a Saturday night and they were busy, so we didn't mind the wait. Once we got seated we waited 15 minutes for our waiter or waitress to offer us drinks. I had to go to the hostess to remind them we were sitting there. They had forgotten about us. The waitress, Alice came to our rescue and took our drink order and we went ahead and ordered dinner one time. She offered for the inconvenience of waiting 2 free appetizers. So we said sure. The meal was great and super delicious and Alice took good care of us. When it was time for our bill, we were charged the 2 free appetizers. Not what we were expecting. It was a good outing and a nice restaurant just a little disappointed. Probably not going to go back. Good food like I said and Alice was a great server but the overall experience wasn't excellent which I really was hoping would have been.

  This location was awesome. Got a great experience. A little busy so service was as expected. Our server was great! I forgot her name but I got a picture of her in passing! They have this $14.99 deal get a salad or soup, an entree, and a dessert 😊 you can of course still get your bread 🤣 we tried the artichoke dip it was a little too hot i assume it was a little thin after a while it thickened up. And the bread was kinda not warm but it was oldie crusty kinda feeling. But still good. Obviously by picture 😊 I got the coconut shrimp on my $14.99 meal and Jim got one of the steaks I think on the $17.99 option it was 8 oz sirloin which he devoured. We upgraded our desserts but still haven't eaten em cuz we are still sooo stuffed!!I have 3 shrimp left and lots of mashed potatoes. And I got a loaf of bread to go home with 🥰 very nice place! The non alcoholic athletic IPA is $6.92 a piece! Ouchie Wawa! But thanks for the evening!!

  Ordered delivery from Outback Steakhouse. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to check on the order and was told the food had been ready and sitting for over an hour. Management offered no real solution—only that we pick up a remake ourselves or wait another hour for delivery. This is a serious breakdown in operations and customer service. Corporate should absolutely be aware of how this location is being run. After my original review, Outback Steakhouse reached out, took ownership of the situation, and made things right. Management was responsive and handled the issue professionally.
