- MWMartha Wills2 days ago1.0Oh My Lanta! This has to be the worst dining experience we've ever had. I ordered the Ribeye (medium rare) and chicken combo. It came to the table rare. Alice our server was triple sat and was in the weeds and didn't get back to us until my husband was almost done and I ate most of the chicken. His Sirloin and my chicken were fine. I told Alice that since we were ready to go that I didn't want a new Ribeye or anything else. She said she'd take the Ribeye off of the bill. Perfect. What transpired next is why we will never return. I noticed that they took the Ribeye off of the check but charged us $5 for the side salad. So, it was $19.99 for a 5 oz chicken & 2 sides. The manager, Kira came over and said she charged the lunch price but it only comes with 1 side. To say that she was aggressive and condescending is an understatement. Her tone was shocking. I am a manager for a major company and would NEVER speak to any guest the way she spoke to me. Nor would any of my staff or they would find themselves unemployed. I am still shocked at the way we were treated in a restaurant where a managers position is also about customer service. I've written several good reviews in my lifetime. This is the 1st time I felt compelled to state just how badly things went.

I highly recommend this Outback to anyone in the area and if you need anything to request to speak to David as he shows genuine care.
