  Manager Rudi took good care of us and stayed on top of it....when door dash technology dropped the ball. We got our food, warm, and it's all thanks to manager Rudi's stay with-it-ness. Thanks!

  I got the 6 oz sirloin and Alice Springs chicken, which came with a HUGE loaded baked 🥔 potato. It was bigger than the 2 meats! Everything was delicious and thev service was great. My only complaint was that the music was playing too loud.

  Terribly slow service- appears to be adequate staff but no one knows what they are supposed to do. Made a reservation for 6:30 but not honoured, ordered and still don’t have any food at 8 pm!!! This place needs to change. No wonder this chain is going under!

  Party of seven. Restaurant was quiet on a Wednesday. Knew what we wanted and ready to order. We were sat and drink order coming out a bit slower than expected. Should have known at that point. Ordered our meals and then we waited. We were all catching up and then we noticed 45 minutes had passed and nothing. Server came by and said it was working. Salads appear and then we wait and wait and after an hour and 15 minutes after placing order a manager comes over at our request. Apparently if the server doesn’t actually submit your food order it doesn’t get made. Asa result our order was now stacked up behind the now full restaurant of orders. Long story short they “expedited” our food as it came out about five minutes later. Now the food was good. My mom loved her shrimp and all the rest liked their steaks. Manager said she would extend us something for our trouble. Comped the cheapest entree (14 bucks) and 20 in gift cards. Pretty weak in my opinion for a 200+ dollar check and an over 1.5 hour wait to get served entrees. Apologetic and all but still second poor performance in last two visits. To quote mom “ it’s a shame since the food is so good just ruins the experience”

  Go there often with my older parents. Mom severe dementia so it is already a challenge. Aubrey usually our server at night. Amazing!!!!. Today for lunch,check #17, celebrating mom and dad 64 year anniversary,server was bad. I'm in biz myself and arrogance is not a winning trait. Maybe explains 10 tables in place during season. Ordered 3 course meals. Sirloin for my fine. Shrimp for parents. Never asked how to cook. They arrived coconut when they should have been grilled. No apology at all. Never saw a manager either.ordered decaf coffee with milk. Came with half and half. Asked for sugar and told you did not specify. Milk in metal bullet you serve side of dressing with,sugar kind of tossed on table. Maybe my parents last anniversary and it did nothing but aggravate me and ruin occasion. If your having a bad dad,stay home. Ran private clubs and restaurants 45 years. Obviously does not care. Filthy disgusting apron as well Sorry but all is true
