This is by far the worst mcdonalds in the area. Service is extremely slow especially through the drive through. Without fail atleast a 20 minutes wait every time. Ordering through the app never matters as it is still a long wait. Avoid at all costs

Unable to get simple orders correct. Twice now I've ordered a number 7 which is two burritos and apparently no one there can count past one. I guess they all need to go back to kindergarten to learn how to use their fingers to count. They also need to hire some people with more personality than that of a doormat. Mostly rude people that work there.

The inside of the lobby is maintained and relatively clean. Looks up to date per modern McDonald's decor standards.
Employees are usually decently mannered, service however can be slow and I have recieved the wrong item a few times very consistently from this location. For example, a Bacon Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese ended up as Quarter Pounder Deuxe, a McCrispy sandwich ended up missing pickles/mayo, etc. Have also witnessed a few moments with management not properly responding to or training staff rudely or inadequately.
The main concern of this restaraunt is the lack of food control, I have personally recieved food poisoning multiple times from this location. That is completely unacceptable, once is already a transgression but multiple times over the course of months if not years is awful, and needs to be addressed. I'm also not the only person who has been affected this way.

I order 2 20 piece chicken nuggets. They were terrible, but also I ordered it and got it delivered. And they didn't even put the sauces in the bag that is so trifling for them, not to even put your sauce that you put on the order, that you wanted with your nuggets.

Dear McDonalds, how about you hire and pay your employees to actually care about working for you and do the job they're supposed to do? How am I in one drive thru lane waiting 5 minutes while the other lane is moving along just fine. When I say "hello" they scream "one minute!" When I finally get to order, they get surprised that I ask for a #1 when there's a monopoly promo that's pushing it. Then, "fast food" turns into waiting in a parking spot for another 10 minutes. Screw it... I went to Burger King next door.
