I'm sorry but the 3 times I have placed an order at this location, they NEVER make/bring out. I try to NOT go here but just went thru drive thru, they asked me to pull up 15 feet and had me sit there for 10 minutes, after no cars in the drive thru and I had to go in and ask for it,... then they started making it.

This is without a doubt the worst McDonalds in the area. Worst service, long wait time. Currently 20 minutes waiting for a big Mac. Absolutely absurd. Avoid this one at all cost.

Absolutely trash. Nothing was right and the wait was ridiculous and the employee at the window had on a corporate shirt but acted like she Didn’t know how to do her job had to repeat my order multiple times and it was still wrong

I just had the best mcdonalds hamburger ive hadin my life. Im so confused. Ive been there at this location like a billion times. Whoever is behind the grill at this exact second is working actual magic

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds by far. Went this morning and ordered just an Egg McMuffin. When I got to the window I was asked to park, there was already two cars waiting so I asked why would I need to park for just a McMuffin? The girl on the window told me I was holding their times up and they wanted to cut them down. I told her I was not going to drive all the way around the store to park for one sandwich. The manager got involved, started getting loud with me about times and told me to get out of his drive thru. I told him to just give me a refund at that point. By the time I got the refund and moved out of the line I could have gotten my one sandwich. This place is bad when it comes to parking, you wait ten minutes just to have to go inside when they forget things.
Why they make you park and worry about times? They have a contest between stores and the manager with the best times wins prizes. They park you so they can mark you off as served, while making you sit and wait ten minutes. If you refuse, they refund you your money and send you on your way. Their only concern is manufacturing fake times and not the customer themselves. I am not sure if this is McDonald’s policy or just the policy of the Sam Houston stores but when your managers value prizes and a trophy over customer service there is a serious problem. I will get in contact with corporate to find out if this is how corporate wants things run and if this is their standard operating procedure or just that of Houston Corp stores.
Either way, got my refund and went to the Burger King next store and got to sandwiches for the price of one of McDonald’s and the customer service is about you and not prizes for managers.
