Ive even exsperianced multiple times waiting for someone to answer me for five minutes and a car drives up on the other line and gets immediate help. The owners need to do better in their hiring process because your night crew doesn't care

I try to NOT go here but just went thru drive thru, they asked me to pull up 15 feet and had me sit there for 10 minutes, after no cars in the drive thru and I had to go in and ask for it,... then they started making it.
