When the frapp machine is down they need to communicate that to the app faster.. so people dont waste time driving to this location.. and then when they can't provide you your order, they are not nice about it and expect you to sort it yourself thru the app. Sometimes they ask for the card that was used on the app and cancel the order and sometimes they yell at you and tell you your wrong. I literally buy my father frapps daily and have spent thousands at this location.. never again. Or at any other Rodriguez owned McDonald's.

This used to be one of only 2 McDonald's I would go to. Tonight on my way to work I went through the drive through to get some dinner. The girl taking payments was absolutely awesome, friendly great customer service.
I was joking with her about my cheeseburger because when I order extra pickles and extra onions put on it, it's been two other times before that I just got bread extra pickles and extra onions, no meat. Had a good laugh and pulled up to the next window and got my food. Drove all the way to work, in rockledge. I go to sit down and eat my food before I start work and guess what?
Instead of a cheeseburger, I got bread pickle and onion, no meat. This time I got ticked, this is the third time it's happened I don't understand why adding extra pickle and onions to a cheeseburger leads to me getting no meat on my sandwich. And the fact that I had just joked about it to the girl taking the money. I called and asked to speak to a manager, the young man that answered the phone, instantly caught attitude and said I'm the manager. So I asked him what his name was, he replied "what are you calling for?"
So I asked him again what his name was and he replied "what is this call for?" When I told him what happened he replied "do you have the food and the receipt?" Which I did, just the way he said it though. He did tell me he would remake my sandwich but I need to bring him the food and the receipt or I don't get it redone. Like I'm making this up, like I want to drive all the way back from rockledge to scam a free cheeseburger. Never got his name. He was so unprofessional and then I said it's the third time this has happened, and then I have to drive all the way back from rockledge, to actually get something edible.
I was kind of expecting some kind of compensation like my money back and a cheeseburger or an apple pie or an ice cream or something to make that long drive worth it, instead I got treated like I was lying about a cheeseburger.
