We sat outside in their patio area and did window service as the full service restaurant opens later in the a.m. (I've loved all my other visits to Hemingways for lunch and dinner.) Window service does not mean your food and coffee is any less delicious & hot! Cafe con Leches were on point. We both had 2!-it's the holidays! We split a fruit & cheese pastry while we waited for our breakfast-1. avocado on toast drizzled with balsamic with an over easy egg on the side and 2. scrambled egg with toast and a side of bacon. I had leftover avocado toast that was still good for my lunch later that day! Surprisingly, it hardly browned. The patio atmosphere is delightful with available tables under a canvas covering for shade if you prefer. It was so peaceful and quiet. We could really talk, hear ourselves and relax. The girls who took our orders at the window and made our coffees were sweet and professional. If you haven't been, I guarantee it will be a neat little surprise for you.

I was expecting at least something like Fords Garage in Viera, for $12.95 I got at large hamburger with fries and it was juicey and delicious.

Server was great - polite and patient. Pork bowl was great, but adding avocado is expensive. Octopus was good. Plantain chips were great! No fries come with burgers / sandwiches unfortunately and adding them is not cheap. You can purchase a jar of their jalapeno salsa which is uniquely good, but it's very expensive. Overall, we enjoyed this place, but wish it was more affordable so we could visit more again.

We were seated immediately with plenty of tables available both inside and out. Ordered the cafe con leche coffee, very strong very bold robust flavor. Also had the French toast. 2 very large, halved pieces of French toast that had a slight orange flavor. Plenty sweet on it's own, no syrup was needed. Good food and coffee just not quite what I was expecting. The extra bold, almost burnt flavor of the coffee was not quite my taste as I usually go for a more medium roast. Next time would stick to their regular brewed coffee. The French toast was very good but I will stick to their lunch/dinner Key West bowl which is a personal favorite here.
