After insisting that my card was never returned, the staff said they would contact her. I did not receive any follow-up call from the store; instead, I had to call back myself and was then informed that the employee was on her way back with my card. This situation is highly concerning. Not only was my card taken, but I received no proactive communication from the store, leaving me uncertain about whether my card information may have been compromised. As a result, I had to cancel the card, causing significant inconvenience—especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This incident reflects serious lapses in accountability and customer care. Although the employee is still working there, I will not be returning. I strongly advise other customers to double-check that their payment cards are returned to them, as this experience suggests there may be security issues within this establishment.
