I went inside the store to buy a dozen donuts, gift cards and a coffee, I left with nothing after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. They looked over and went about doing their own thing. Never even acknowledged me. I will never go to that DD again.

I would fire-on the spot- the tall woman taking the orders at 9am on Nov.30th 2025! - I've been a DD customer for years in Miami where the employees are exceptional, work efficiently and are super attentive and kind!! Love DD products but their is NO EXCUSE to be RUDE!
