Don’t waste your time just go to Starbucks if you wanna pay for a $5-$7 drink at least they do it right most the time. Nothing like wake up to get coffee before work and having to throw it away because it’s undrinkable.

Every single person left the line shaking their heads in disappointment. I’m 6 months pregnant and ordered a small decaf latte- got a medium not decaf. Fullllll of caffeine. They clearly have inventory issues- told multiple customers things like: out of sourdough, out of small cups, out of NAPKINS… come on. Just a really poorly executed morning it seems. Management either needs to step in, or step up…
