- WWWayneJan 18, 20261.0I was unfortunate to be served by a lady, in her 40s I assume who was extremely rude. We just asked what the types were and she said oh just hurry up. I appreciate that the type of people working here may not be top employees and they won't see most of the customers again. Surely Dunkin realise that people buy their products elsewhere so would want to give customers a good experience everywhere.

Don’t waste your time just go to Starbucks if you wanna pay for a $5-$7 drink at least they do it right most the time. Nothing like wake up to get coffee before work and having to throw it away because it’s undrinkable.
