    I mean it’s Dunkin’ Donuts nothing crazy. Staff is ok at best they take a little longer here then most other locations. I’ll pull up to the window and I have to say something from them to start talking.

    I've currently been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes it's now 1:25 p.m. Tuesday 12/30/2025. Nobody took my my order until I said hello twice after currently sitting at the speaker box for almost 10 minutes with not even a greeting such as I'll be right with you of course after I explained I was waiting and they missed my hot tea there is only one car at the window I don't know if you don't train your employees to multitask for what but they could have taken several cars orders and had them pulled up and waiting for their order actively there's no hustle here no nothing and it's not like it's hard to take an order I used to work at dunkin' donuts and I multitask I took several orders at the same time while also making drinks and sometimes even making food instead of leaning around acting like the world is my oyster and I have nothing else better to do than to waste everyone's time and move like a slowpoke. I don't know what happened but dunkin' donuts has went downhill I would much rather go to Starbucks where they actually are attentive and pay attention and want customers to come back I've never had a good experience with any of the Dunkin donuts I've ever went to. And this is one of the many reasons I never come here unless I need to because I guarantee you it's definitely not planned. I would have made this a review for the survey except I wasn't given a receipt for either of my orders my drinks or the hash browns that I made separately. Yes they claimed once I got to the window they actually didn't ring up my hot tea and gave it to me for free but that doesn't excuse the fact of how poor the service is. I'm so confused if the order taker took my order asked me if I wanted sugar in my hot tea and then I'm waiting at the speaker for them to repeat my order back to me for accuracy which wasn't done either no wonder they forgot it I'd love to know who is it training your employees because they suck ! This is why nobody wants to come out and spend their hard-earned dollars is because employees are not being trained properly to do their job when you take someone's order you get their order accurately and then you repeat it back to them to make sure you got it correct and then you tell them their total and then you ask them to pull up to the window and then you give them a receipt. It's really that simple it's not hard it's not effort.
