I’m worried about writing this review in general because based on how rude she was on the phone I wouldn’t put it past her to spit in the food! I called to place an order for delivery. I live in an apartment complex about 5 min away. I clarified, “I want to make sure the address shows I live at an apt complex so I am not sure if you need my # or not.” I had initially not given her the number of my building so I wanted to make sure. She comes back with full attitude “WELL YEAH??? WHAT IS IT THEN..??” SO RUDE! Even the people around me that heard her speak turned around and started laughing out of embarrassment for her! Not to mention when she answered the phone she goes “hello??” as if we were prank calling her! She did not sound like she wanted to take orders for the business! I was so taken aback I nearly asked for her name, and told her to cancel my order on the spot because of how rude she was. I hope management can listen to the call and use it apart of the “what NOT to do” during executive training courses. I have worked in the service industry before and even on Christmas Eve when I was exhaust education after working 12 hours I never spoke to a customer so poorly.
