We walked in and were instantly greeted by loud, inappropriate, and very sexual music. The two of us stood there for a solid 3 minutes without being acknowledged, even though four employees were right in front of us the entire time. I am a shift supervisor in the same industry, very local, and had this have happened at my store, i would have fired every single one of the employees there that day and recommended a shut down of the store for days so all of our staff members could get proper customer service training. The bare minimum, the LITERAL bare minimum of customer service was not being met. We were treated like we were a nuisance. I understand frustrations of customers coming around close, but we got there at 10:20, FORTY minutes before they closed. Even if we did come later, you can’t treat customers like that ANY time. It is your guys’ job to provide us with a service and provide at MINIMUM the very basics of customer service. You are being PAID to be there, if you don’t want to do your job, then leave. Absolutely appalling, as a food service worker i laugh to myself when customers say this to me but i don’t care when i say this now, i will never eat at your establishment again, and i will tell all of my work colleagues not to either. You didn’t just lose two customers, you lost an entire store 30+ who will never eat at your store again. Absolutely disgraceful. Food was mid. Do better. Bye.
