I am writing to express my frustration after my recent visit. This is the third time I have come in during the lunch rush to order food to go, and each time there has only been one employee on the line doing her best to serve a long line of waiting customers while others appeared disengaged.
While I understand that staff members have assigned roles and responsibilities, customer service should remain the top priority during peak hours. On this visit, the manager was focused on taking food temperatures while a line continued to grow. It would have been helpful if she had paused briefly to assist in clearing the line before resuming temperature checks.
Instead, it appeared that the employee working the line was left to manage everything on her own, and customers were asked to wait longer to check out while temperature checks continued. This created unnecessary delays and frustration for everyone waiting.
I truly appreciate the hard work of the employee who was on the line — she was doing her best under pressure. My concern is with the lack of support during busy periods. I hope management can better allocate help during peak hours to improve the experience for both customers and staff.

I decided to try this new location. The food was good, but sadly, the customer service is lacking. It was just after 11am, so there was no one in the restaurant yet. My wife and I stood at the front of the line, ready to order. There were several employees behind the counter and no one ever acknowledged us. There was a man behind the counter making a food order. I was happy to see the large portion of the food order but I will tell you more about that later. After about 3 minutes, we started debating just to walk out. It was at that moment; another employee that I hadn’t seen walking around initially came from the back and helped us.
Oh, the employee making that food order when we first came in, it was for him and his girlfriend/wife. After he made the large portion of food, he brought the food and sat with a lady and they both ate it. Nice perk!
Chipotle is a total win for fresh, fast food! The vegan options are elite—the spicy Sofritas (braised tofu) and free guacamole on veggie bowls make it so easy to eat plant-based. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is super efficient. Truly a reliable, healthy go-to!

I usually enjoy my time here and enjoy the food. I ordered online and when I got the email it said to just walk up to the shelf and grab the food. So I sat by the shelf waiting scrolling on my phone. The girl behind the counter asked if I was waiting on an order and I said yes and she said " well then you need to come over here and tell him" gesturing the a guy so far away from the front i dont know how that would be obvious to anyone" then i walked up but I tried to go around the gentleman who was already up there ( another customer) to be out of his way, and she said over here ma'am. I went over said my name and instead of the guy asking me to repeat my name he calls out to another coworker away from him and said " what did she say" the way they were talking was like i was stupid and there was no kind smiles besides the one who handed me the food. Im very saddened by the customer service and my burrito that was made sloppy
If it were possible to rate this location lower than one star, I would. Three hours before closing, the restaurant was already out of steak and every other protein option except chicken which was of noticeably poor quality. Additionally, they were out of sour cream, a basic staple item for this brand. That level of inventory mismanagement is unacceptable for a national chain.
When I inquired whether my order could be prepared using ingredients from the to-go station, the employee responded dismissively and stated they could not use any items from that line, without offering any solution or accommodation. The lack of professionalism and customer service was just as concerning as the lack of food.
This is not an isolated incident; it has been a recurring issue at this location. While I was there, I personally observed six customers walk out due to the number of unavailable items. That reflects a serious and ongoing operational failure.
This location is clearly suffering from poor management, inadequate planning, and a disregard for customer experience. It is extremely disappointing.
