I walk up to the counter near the pick up shelf, no one says anything, she walks by and I try to say excuse me to get her attention as I see her as the other staff behind the counter are busy and she looks at me doesn’t greet me or respond and goes back behind the counter. So because no one has acknowledged me I go to grab my order and she yells “NAME?” even though she knows I’ve been standing there. Horrible customer service and it happens almost everytime I go in here. Never have this issue with other locations, she needs to get it together seriously.
