Disappointing food served. King salmon seemed so small, tail cut, not a $55 cut.
Also the filet mignon was very sorry. Looked like second level quality. Atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding though a little rushed to move us out.
I used to have a lot of good feelings coming here, but it is off my restaurant list. Good bye chart house...

Spent $450.00 for dinner there last night only to have a table.of 12 behind us yelling and shouting and screaming the entire time. They were totally out of control. All the guest around us were making awful faces, the table to our left, finished their appetizers and left. Even our waitess made a comment. We could not carry on a conversation. Ruined everything. Management you know who im talking about. Don't send me an automatic reply.
Wasn't their anything you could have done ?
The people to our right said it was their anniversary dinner. They mentioned as they left to us, their night was ruined, also.

First will say our waitress was good, so no complaints. She did her best. Unfortunately, the food quality was not. We were there for brunch. We have been there for brunch many times before. This time the fried green tomatoes were caked in a thick, very hard batter that had no flavor. I had eggs that were supposed to be over medium but were served distinctly and obviously over hard (solid yokes). The hash browns were overcooked and more like crisps. The asparagus and other vegetables were under cooked and did not appear fresh. The bread provided was minimal at best. The server tried her best to make up for these things but there is a problem in the kitchen.

The food , the service, and the atmosphere were up to expectations for the Chart House at the Melbourne, FL location. Our complaint is with valet parking. The entire parking lot was coned off which forces diners to leave their cars with the valet. Sometimes there are long lines and some of us diners do not wish to hand over our car keys to strangers. An assessment the current parking situation and additional valet coaching would be helpful. Recommend coning off only part of the parking lot so those of us wishing to self park can do so peacefully and without being harassed.

We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at The Chart House. However, what they don't tell you when you make your reservation, is that they will not always honor your request for patio seating overlooking the river where it's quieter and more private. When I called to make the reservation, I specifically said "I would like patio seating. This is my anniversary." They confirmed this request. When we arrived, they said patio seating is not available. We have group party there. When I inquired why the reservation was changed to indoor, I was told "Oh, if a group schedules, we have to change that!" No notice, no apology. Disappointed.
