  Carrabba's and I have a love/ hate relationship. At least we used to. I've been to a few locations over the years between a few different states and my experiences with taste have never been the best. But since visiting the Melbourne location I've since been thinking of reconsidering my opinions. The food was absolutely delicious from apps to my entrée it made me want to try everything on the menu! The servers were awesome; Personable and attentive. My only gripe: the space overall. We had a large party and I had to hold a few of our menus in my lap then the floor (sorry) just for space. It was a bit cramped and I was nervous I was gonna make someone trip because I was in their way. But it was a Saturday and Valentine's Day so, it makes sense for how busy it was. The other thing was the a/c. I run hot and after eating a large meal I was sweating. But honestly, these are just personal preferences and even still it didn't really take away from the experience. Thank you for hosting us and I never thought I'd say this but I can't wait to come back to try out more of the menu.

  WOW. I Cannot Say Enough To Convey How Happy We Are That It's Obvious Carrabbas is Back! I Say it's Back & Probably Has Been For a Long Time But We haven't Tried it Again in a While Due to Couple Years Ago having a Bad Experience HOWEVER, It's Better Now That It Could Ever Be. Literally This Food, the Order, the Courtesy, the Entire "Experience" & Btw, I Did A Curbside Pick Up Order. I Ordered, Hubby Picked it Up & We Just Cannot Say Enough Except Thank You To Everyone Who Worked to Put Our Order Together Including the Young man Who Brought Our Order to Our SUV. Wow. He Alone & Who Ever Cooked that Meal & Made Sure The Order Was Perfect, We Just Cannot Say Ty Enough. Even The Extras They Provided, Just Everything. We Ordered 2 Appetizers, Calamari & The Meatballs With Ricotta, The "Bowls" Of The Sicilian Chicken Soup, The Linguini Positano, Vegetarian, The Spaghetti With Meat Sauce & Meatballs & The Cannoli Cake for 2! Plus the Salads. Even The Salads Were Great! They Gave Us the Extra Cheese & Bread We Asked for & Again, I Believe in Telling People the Good & Bad & I Have. But WOW, They Seriously Out did Themselves! Ty So Much & I Now Am Signed Up to Do This Regularly & Already Earned Rewards & Since We Live So So Close, We WILL BE BACK!! TY Carrabbas! We Needed A Restaurant We Could Trust & This Is It! TY!

  We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. We started with the lump crab cakes and the crispy, spicy fried calamari—both were flavorful and perfectly cooked. For our main course, we shared the shrimp & steak Toscana, which was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. We finished the meal with the chocolate hazelnut torte, and it was the perfect sweet ending to the night. Great food, warm atmosphere, and a lovely spot for a date night. We’ll definitely be back.

  Was totally unhappy with the accommodations' as they lied to us and said they did not have any tables available when they had 4 or 5 empty that could have been put together. Instead they insisted we sit in a booth which are not very friendly for senior citizens. But what was much worse is that they were "out of mashed potatoes" for dinner at 6:15 pm when we ordered??? They said it would be at least 45 minutes before they could have some ready and when they insisted that I choose something else for a side just in case, I chose Brocoli for now. About an hour later I asked about the mashed potatoes again and they lied to me and said it would be another 20 minutes when I was clearly done with my meal. It would have been much better to tell the truth that they had no intention of making any mashed potatoes right from the beginning. I hate that I spent $150 on a meal and had to skip my favorite part, mashed potatoes. What a joke!!!

  The tone was set from the beginning. I was with a dinner party of 5 that included 3 seniors, and when they offered a booth I told them that a table would be preferred. It is much easier for seniors to get out of chairs as opposed to making the them play musical chairs and moving in and out of the booth. I was told that they did not have any tables that would seat 5 people, as a bartender/server myself, you make sure a guest gets the seats that works best for them. Then when a member of our group asked for mashed potates, they were told that they were currently out and it would take 40 minutes to make the new batch. We were there long enough that the 40 minutes had passed so they asked for a side of mashed potatoes and were told it would be another 20 minutes. If you ar eout of an itme just say so, the guest will understand that more so than being lied to. The location is not a bad place, but it was just a rather disappoiunting visit for us, and one that would cause me to look for another place when I am eating with the same group in the future.
