Gone here 3 times now. First time was exceptional and great. 2nd time I wanted to wash my hands before eating but the men's bathroom has a locked door I had to wait for. After 12 minutes of waiting. Food being ordered by my girlfriend and already out, finally the employee came out of the bathroom. The smell in there was one I knew from an old roommate. He was smoking a dab pen, or weed pen in the bathroom. I waited 10 minutes for this guy to get high in the bathroom. Then today I gave one more shot. Could of been a bad employee but at 2 o clock they told me they don't serve breakfast at this time. Everywhere online says they do do that. I'd be fine if she said they were out or something. But literally a third of the menu above her showed breakfast
It's a TV, if you don't serve it, don't make a third of your screens show it.

If you’re looking for an authentic Bojangles experience, this location isn’t it. Anyone from the Carolinas knows exactly what real Bojangles biscuits and gravy are supposed to taste like—and this was nowhere close.
The biscuits and gravy tasted like something you’d get at a very cheap eatery, not the Bojangles flavor I grew up with. The chicken biscuit was even more disappointing: it was overloaded with spice, and not the familiar Bojangles seasoning. It was just heat, without the balance or flavor you expect.
The only thing that came close to being authentic were the Bo-Rounds, but I was never a big fan of those to begin with.
In closing, if you’re hungry and need something quick, it’s okay. Just don’t go in expecting it to be like the Bojangles you know from the Carolinas. I might stop by again, but it’ll be a while.

Decided to try breakfast, as I won't be going for lunch or dinner seeing there is no bone in chicken.
Not really anything good to say sadly. Once and done.
-App didn't have same menu items as restaurant. Showed some things the restaurant menu didn't and the restaurant showed some things the app didn't
-Bo rounds gummy and greasy.
-BeC biscuit thin amount of egg, cheese had an off putting taste.
-Biscuits and Gravy: Gravy bland with no flavor
-The chicken on the chicken biscuit was tiny compared to other places
-All the biscuits were very flat. Flavor was ok.
-Pepsi tasted like garbage. Some weird mixture of who knows what
-Coffee tasted like mop water and was burnt
-Staff a bit on the "I don't want to be here: vibe.
I get it, fast food is fast food. Not expecting a 5 star meal, but I expect to be somewhat satisfied with my experience. 30 dollars later and it feels like I have a rock in my stomach.
I am now 0 for 2 with this chain. Only positive with this location is it was better than the one I tried in N. Georgia. Not really a compliment by any means.

I waited for this place to open and this was my first time trying it.
The prices are very reasonable compared to similar places, which was a plus.
I went with my two kids (3 years & half old and 15 months old). I ordered a kids meals and decided to try the chicken biscuit meal for myself. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The restaurant was extremely messy and dirty, especially considering we went right after Christmas. There were empty tables, but they were not clean. I had to clean the table and chairs myself just so we could sit down.
The wait was long — first in line to order, then again for the food to be prepared. I was expecting good food to make up for all of that.
Sadly, the food was not edible for us. From the first bite, my child said the food was very spicy and couldn’t eat it. I tried mine and it was also spicy. Even the seasoning on the fries .
I did not order anything spicy, and there were no spice level options listed. It turns out all of their food is seasoned spicy.
Serving spicy food without warning — especially in kids meals — is not acceptable. Even many adults cannot tolerate spicy food. This should be clearly labeled as spicy, or customers should be informed before ordering.
Even the drinks area , we’re so messy a lot of ice everywhere, no much choices , and Dr.Pepper was filled with water. I asked if they can fill it for me from behind the counter, they said they don’t have it.
To get spoon for the coleslaw salad took me about 5 minutes to get someone to help and give it to me.
Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit.

No line finally so decided to try. But pregnant lady outside rushed us and was not very friendly other than to my dog. Never been before so wasn't sure what they had. They stopped me before I got to the menu so if you go make sure you look it up before hand as they don't have time for you to decide. Got to first window to pay little girl playing on her phone finally looked up and was also bothered by us being there. Got to the second window to pick up order. Pregnant lady didn't get our order right and pick up staff didn't care. Everyone did not welcome us, didn't want to hear anything we had to say. Wanted us to go. Unsure what kind of place is bothered by just saying your line was finally down decided to give you guys a try.
Food was edible but the chicken is the blandest chicken you'll ever taste. The biscuits cold and hard and also taste like cardboard. The peach cobbler is a solid piece of old gel that taste a little bit like peach but it's not warm and probably was sitting out all day. They are out of grilled chicken. Out of Dr pepper. The portion size for coleslaw as a side is tiny. We used the buy 1 get 1 coupon we got in the mail. But the customer service is so terrible I didn't even want the food. It was just an overall awful experience. Zaxby's is so much better. Definitely not going back. After peeling off all the fried stuff on my tenders I was left with 3 little sad finger sized chicken pieces. If you hired these little girls for $15+ an hour they aren't working and they are making people want to go elsewhere. With so many people looking for work that's actually care it seems strange the ones they end up hiring around here.
