Although the store was full of customers, they were all met with a smile and treated like the most important customer of the day. These two were a breath of fresh air, and I hope to see them again on my next visit!

Best milkshake thats if you like a Milk-Shake, because unfortunately they dump so much milk in the ice cream and over blend it it just taste like drinking milk and a hint of ice cream. Staff acted very bothered like they were closing early when we showed up. Felt very rushed due to there early closing, despite it actually being my first time ever stepping into a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream store in my entire life. I will say, I shall be sticking to the tubs at Publix so I don’t not have to deal with Ben and Jerry’s sub par service.

Unfortunately, in my 2 visits the staff has acted like they had better things to do than take our order. No smiles, no hello or how may we serve you, no my pleasure, etc. And unfortunately, the company, and this store in particular, have decided to put their politics on full display. It's not so much that I disagree with them (which I do), it's more that it just doesn't have anything to do with selling or serving ice cream. Why not just stick to what you do best - make and serve ice cream? Too bad, because it's a great location and would be a good place to go after a movie. It's ironic they have "banned" books on display. If a book is "banned," it wouldn't be able to be displayed in public now would it?
