  I ordered 16 pizzas and seven 2 liters for a field trip at Rotary Park. The multiple employees I dealt with were AMAZING! They gave me everything I asked for without hesitating. I highly recommend them.

  I just moved to The Pearl and got a voucher for a free pizza and breadsticks. Ordered delivery and everything came super fast and right to my apartment door! Everything was hot and made perfect!

  Ordered Food at 6:45, website stated it was being prepared at 6:49. Then everything went dark for an hour and a half. Online app gave the direct line to call if there was an issue. Called that number 37 times over a 90 minute span with never an answer. The order finally arrived after 2 hours, cold pizza and warm salad. I ask the driver to have the GM or owner call and explain or I'd have to post the facts. I was told "Go Ahead".

  Today I totally forgot about my previous experience I ordered for the first time in a year via the website and it was for carry out this time. It chose the same store that is far away from me. I don't know the it doesn't pick the one closest to me off Pineda. I went there to pick up thinking that was it. Ended up driving up to the actual one and through a rain storm. Luckily they have a drive thru window! The pizza was nommy though. I got a 14" pizza with 7 toppings for $10, $2.99 garlic bites and $4.49 cinnamon bites. Under$20 for everything but drinks which we got on the way. Drive thru was a little wait as they are busy. But they came and were nice. One year ago Ordered thru the app. Put in my address and this is the Domino's the app picked for delivery. Pizza man comes and lets us know they will not deliver to us again as it is not the right location and takes away from the business south of them. According to the lady I called at the store they cannot make any changes or report any issues with the app making these decisions only I can. I attempted but only received a generic response. It will not show anything other than the fact that my store closest to me does not do deliveries via the app. If I want to order from them I need to do so by phone and miss out on points and rewards given via the app . Very annoying being told I am not going to be serviced again if the app chooses their store for delivery. This is something I do not have control over. .. they were so busy chastising our decision that we did not make they forgot my marinara sauce for my parmesan bites. At least I remembered why I uninstalled this app a while back. False pretenses and lack of the ability to just order food without drama. Sad.
