  This used to be a good location, but it’s really going downhill. Getting food takes forever and getting a check was like 30 minute wait. We had to resort to being the dramatic current type waving people down.

  This place’s service is far too slow with tea too sweet and food too cold when it hits the table. We showed up at 12pm noon and didn’t leave til 2pm… and they comp’d the entire table for their problems. Never again.

  There was one other table sat and the bar had less than a handful of customers. Our server was very sweet and did what she could. Looked like she was the only one running tables. At one point, I noticed that the front of the house was void of employees. They must have all been in the kitchen. We waited way too long for food that was sub-par. Our food didn't come out at the same time and the last person to get her meal was waiting on fries. Fries don't take 20 minutes. We tipped well because it's not our servers fault, but I'll never return.

  They forgot to make my takeout so I had to wait another 20 minutes and didn’t even get an apology, and for the cherry on top after I brought the food home, got a cup on ranch with little to nothing in it. 💔

  My family and I ordered takeout from this restaurant this past week later in the evening, like we had many times before. We have always enjoyed the great food and great service we usually always have. Unfortunately this particular evening though, the food was not the usual quality provided by this restaurant. I chose not to post a review on a public forum about this incident but instead messaged corporate about this particular situation. To my surprise and satisfaction, I was contacted by the restaurant’s manger, Cole, whom was extremely professional, apologetic, and more than willing to do what was right to rectify the situation. He chose to use the complaint as constructive criticism and help make his team stronger by the feedback that was given. I commend him and his management style for the way he chose to respond to the initial feedback I provided. Due to Cole’s response, I will continue to recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great food and great service. I have never had an issue prior to this situation and I’m sure that as long as Cole’s in charge, I will not have this issue again. Thank you!
